This Privacy Policy applies to PriceTracker meimei (the “Service”, “PriceTracker”, “meimei”). The Service is provided by NDX Technologies Inc. We take your privacy very seriously and we are committed to protect and respect your privacy. Learn how can control your privacy settings in Help Center.

What Information We Collect?

In order for us to provide you Service we need information outlined below.

Information Provided By You

When you create an account, share data, contact us, or otherwise use the Service, you provide some or all of information bellow:

  • Account profile information, such as name, gender, age, username, password, language, email, profile image.
  • User generated content, such as image, text, product price, measurements, and identifiers.
  • Your choices in settings.
  • Information to verify your account and identity, such as during legal name and age verification.
  • Your correspondence with us.
  • Information you share through surveys.

Information Provided By Others

  • We may receive information shared by third parties related to you, such as Apple user account information (e.g. Sign in with Apple), Google user account information (e.g. Google Sign-In).
  • We may receive information about you from others, including where you are mentioned in User Content, correspondence, complaints, appeals, requests, feedback that is being submitted to us.
  • We may receive information about you from organizations, businesses, people, and others, including, for example, publicly available sources, government authorities, professional organizations, and charity groups.

Metadata

  • We collect technical information (e.g. “diagnostics”) about how you use the Service. For example, we may collect time and details about HTTP network transfer used in API calls to our service, such as latency, status codes, User Agent, Time Zone, IP address.
  • Location Data. We collect information about precise location within reasonable accuracy to support our Service.
  • Image information. We may collect technical information about images, such as EXIF tags.

What Information We DO NOT Collect?

We do not collect what we don’t need. We make an effort to minimize information we are collecting, unless it is required for functioning of our Service. Whenever possible, we choose to use alternative solutions that would let us avoid elevated or additional access. For example, for Apple devices we prefer relying on infrastructure provided by Apple to solve common authentication and security tasks. Some examples of the data that we DO NOT collect:

  • Advanced device fingerprinting and details, such as battery status, operating system details, file system, files and information stored by other apps.
  • Advanced user behavior details, such as fine grained time activity patterns and patterns of keystrokes.
  • Proactive information collection (“scraping”) about you outside of our Service, such as information about you available publicly on internet or privately by third party companies.
  • Always-on collection (“background activity”) from your device. We collect information strictly when we need it. For example, for search we may collect your location only when app on your device is open and you are are doing search.
  • Cookies and third party tracking (“pixels”, “clear GIFs”, “beacons”). We do not track your activity outside of Service. We do not share your information to any third parties that track you.

How We Use Your Information?

We need your information:

  • To provide basic Service functions. For example, user login.
  • To provide key functions unique to our Service. For example, we need images to analyze product information, price, name and measurements.
  • To ensure secure and well functioning Service.
  • To enforce our Terms of Use.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To verify your identity, when we are required to do so.
  • To improve our systems and technologies. For example, that may include developing artificial intelligence systems.
  • To conduct research and development.

We need personal details such as your name, gender, age to personalize and socialize your experience within our Service and to facilitate healthy community interactions.

We need precise location to provide relevant to your information, such as during search. Precise location is of paramount importance to accurate and relevant data and meaningful user experience. How we DO NOT Use Your Information?

  • We do not conduct profiling. We do not collect advanced user profiles based on their fine grained personal data, behaviors, habits, preferences, or other attributes with aim of to predict or influence users behavior or decisions.

How we Share Your Information?

We do not share your data or access to it unless we absolutely have to.

  • We do not sell your information.
  • We do not share access to runtime (e.g. sponsored ranking and search, “in-app ads”, “sponsored nudge”, “influencing you inside the app”).
  • We do not share your data to third parties to perform key functions required to support Service (“outsourcing”, “delegation”).
  • We do not share information to third party for analytics or diagnostics.

In order to provide Service, your data is being handled by ours and yours infrastructure providers. For example, this includes your internet provider that connects your device to the internet, companies and organizations handling global international network links, and our cloud infrastructure provider. We take great care to ensure that your data remains private in-transit and at-rest. For example, we use HTTPs encryption and following industry standards to ensure your data remains encrypted. We take great care to how our cloud provider (e.g. Apple CloudKit, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure) handle your data and what is their Privacy Policy and industry standing. We ensure that appropriate access controls are established for our cloud infrastructure. Your data does not leave our private cloud.

In case of technical issues, we may share access to your data to our infrastructure providers for disaster recovery, security, and resolving other technical issues that may arise.

When required by law, we may share access to your information with relevant authorities. These may include subpoenas, court orders, legal processes, law enforcement, legal claims, government inquires.

Your Rights

You may exercise your rights to know, access, correct, delete, or appeal as it is stated by relevant laws. You can update your information and control access to it directly inside the Service. You can delete your account inside the Service. Learn how can control your account in Help Center.

You may also exercise your rights to know, access, correct, delete, or appealby sending your request to the physical address provided in the “Contact Us” section below. You can also update your account information directly through your in-app settings, as well as request a copy of your TikTok data or request to deactivate by following the instructions here or delete your account by following the instructions here.

Your Preferences

  • You can control what information is shared in Service Settings. Learn how can control your privacy settings in Help Center.
  • You can configure your device settings. For example, you can set settings for “Advertiser Identifier” in Apple and Android devices.
  • You can opt-out of marketing emails with “unsubscribe” link mechanism.

Data Security and Retention

We use all reasonable measures against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, theft, disclosure, alteration, destruction. However, you may understand that fundamentally no engineering system is absolutely perfect.

We may retain your information for as long as it is required to provide Services to you. We may retain information for as long as it is necessary due to our legal obligations.

We may transfer your data to other countries outside your immediate location in order to provide Service to you. Our cloud and data centers may be in different countries from where you care currently located.

Updates to Privacy Policy

We will update you when the Privacy Policy has significant changes (for example, through our Service). You may also check “Last Updated Date” in Privacy Policy. You’ll have the opportunity to review the updated Policy before you decide to continue using our products.
